Fido Solutions Inc.
Fido wanted to boost sales in their retail channels, so they chose a team that had the proven expertise in building and managing sales teams. Jumpstart® established and managed all aspects of 15 retail kiosks throughout the Vancouver Lower Mainland, Whistler, Victoria and Calgary and Edmonton markets.

The team managed all facets of operations including inventory and cash controls, hiring, training, supervising, payroll, (which totalled 70 full and part-time staff), providing daily sales reports, and most importantly, acquiring new Fido subscribers. Initially, the project was assigned operation for 3 months, but due to the huge success was extended for over 1.5 years. Thousands of new Fido subscribers were activated during the program.

Canadian MedicAlert® Foundation
As Canada's largest national member-based charity with over one million members, MedicAlert® is the leading provider of medical information services linked to customized medical bracelets and necklets. For more than 40 years, MedicAlert® has provided safety and security to help Canadian families live their lives with added reassurance.

The Jumpstart® team managed all facets of the British Columbia retail merchandising campaign selling MedicAlert® services and bracelets in several Wal-Mart locations. Jumpstart® was responsible for all facets of the multi store merchandising campaign including hiring, training, payroll and supervision of staff. The Jumpstart® team out-sold our east coast competitors while maintaining exceptionally high customer satisfaction levels.

Canada Place Corporation
Canada Place wanted to implement a merchandising strategy in conjunction with their Canada Day celebration. Jumpstart® created a complete marketing program including: creation of marketing strategies, supervision of signage and displays installation, training and supervision of all sales and management staff, payroll, maintained inventory controls, managed cash, and submitted sales reports. The program was a huge success with many items selling completely out-of-stock.
